RETURNS POLICY
The date stamped by the post office on the item being returned must not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the date you received the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in, must not have been worn, scented or washed, and must be in their original packaging with price tags attached.
Customers must pay shipping for all exchanges and returns. However, Signaturesquebecoises.com will cover the cost of shipping any replacement items purchased.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible by phone at 514-866-2006 or by e-mail at signaturesquebecoises.ventes@gmail.com.
We will make every effort to cancel your order before it is shipped. In the event that your items have already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order and you will need to return the items to us as described in the Returns Policy. Please note that customers must pay the shipping costs for all returns.

CANADA
Signaturesquebecoises.com offers free shipping for orders of CAD$200 or more (before taxes). For orders under CAD$200 (before taxes), a flat shipping rate of CAD$12 per order applies.
UNITED STATES
Signaturesquebecoises.com offers free shipping for orders of CAD$200 or more (before taxes). For orders under CAD$200 (before taxes), a flat shipping rate of CAD$25 per order applies.
EUROPE
A flat shipping rate of CAD$40 per order applies to all European countries.
REST OF THE WORLD
A flat shipping rate of CAD$52 per order applies to all other countries.
DELIVERY POLICY
Signaturesquebecoises.com reserves the right to change its shipping costs at any time without notice. We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box.
Signaturesquebecoises.com assigns all property rights to the purchaser from the moment the products are consigned to the shipping/delivery company. We cannot be responsible for packages delayed, damaged or lost during shipping.
Product delivery is subject to the regulations governing the shipping/delivery company and to those applying to the signature of an acknowledgment of receipt.
In the event that you are absent at the moment of delivery, you will be responsible for tracking and retrieving your purchases in accordance with the shipping/delivery company’s regulations and procedures.
FAST AND EASY RETURNS
All regularly priced clothing and accessories purchased on Signaturesquebecoises.com can be exchanged or refundable. The FINAL SALE concept applies to all items whose regular price has been cut by 30% or more. Such items cannot be exchanged. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have thirty (30) days to either exchange it for another item (or other items) of the same value on the Signaturesquebecoises.com site, or request a credit note redeemable in-store.
Simply follow these steps:
1) Send us a copy of your original invoice along with a note stating the reason for the return and all information regarding the item you wish to return, including the designer’s name, model, size and colour, to: boutique@signaturesquebecoises.com.
2) Once we receive the above information, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3) Print the RMA number on the parcel.
